Officials at the Department of Justice are in "panic mode," according to multiple sources, as word spreads that congressional testimony next week will paint a bleak and humiliating picture of Operation Fast and Furious, the botched undercover operation that left a trail of blood from Mexico to Washington, D.C.

The department should be in a panic. From what I've read and heard, this department should be brought up on charges of incompetency and Holder should be fired. My goodness. How can you set up Americans to be killed and get away with such a plan?

Can you be jailed if you are found to be incompetent? Hmm. We could cast a net and catch most of the politicians for that charge. At least they can twitter.
