I spoke with Paul Curtman on Wednesday. He's running for state representative in Missouri's 105th district as a Republican. Paul rose to fame over the summer when he stepped up to a microphone at a townhall meeting and provided a two and a quarter minute summary of the US Constitution. I had the best seat in the house for that lesson. I've pulled Paul's remarks out of the longer video that I posted back in July and corrected the color—there was a green cast from the florescent lighting. Here it is:
