As a Mom

Interview with Jacquelyn of As a Mom

I arrived home one day after running some errands and, as I was parking, I heard the call. I only caught part of it and I didn't get the name of the website, so I called Patch over at POedPatriot and asked him about it. He sent me the link: www.AsAMom.org. As A Mom is a "Sisterhood of Mommy Patriots." There are subgroups for each state. I signed up and joined the Missouri moms group.

There was discussion of setting up a face-to-face with St Louis area moms. That came to fruition today in Clayton for about fifteen of us (and several children). Mostly it was just to get to know one another and make sure that the grassroots continue to grow. After today's event, I interviewed Jacquelyn (video above). While she helped coordinate our first face-to-face meeting, it was Letitia who got the ball rolling. Unfortunately, Letitia was unable to attend due to some health issues. Keep her in your prayers!
