Where are the rest of them. Capitalism is being quietly snuffed out while too many sit back relaxing and responding to nonsense. Maybe it's time to get off your butts and stand up for the men and women back home. That's a good start by Mr. Kelly, but it's going to take a long sustained campaign, just like it's going to take a long sustained economic recovery to dig out of this morass.
