U.S. Outlines Global Plan for Cyberspace

From the YouTube description:

The Obama administration has laid out plans to work with other nations to make the Internet more secure, enable law enforcement to work closely on cybercrime and ensure that citizens everywhere have the freedom to express themselves online.

Because, really, why would citizens expressing themselves online ever come into conflict with law enforcement? Governments always seek to preserve their power, so collaborations like this between governments serve the interests of the establishment. Inevitably that will curtail the ability of citizens to express themselves online.
