I finally met Alex, the man behind www.conservativeTVonline.com. He asked me to help conduct an interview with Jay, a guy that had trouble getting to the BUYcott because information (411) kept giving him the wrong phone number and address.
The Saturday after the BUYcott, I went to Whole Foods for their Store Tour (I'll have a post about that later). I asked my tour guide how old the store was: maybe a year and a half. I explained that Jay had had trouble finding the store and she told me that others have reported problems with 411 and also with online maps not knowing where the store is or providing incorrect directions. They're aware of the issues and working on them.
