Private Employment by Company Size


The Bureau of Labor Statistics released their new "experimental class employment, hours, and earnings series" just a little while ago. The graph above is from that new series and is interesting because it illustrates changes in small, medium, and large businesses over the past twenty years or so.

Looks like big government has been successful in assassinating small business and entrepreneurs.

I'm still thinking about this graph. It's hard to draw too many conclusions about it, I think. Clearly, one thing is obvious: big business employment exploded under Clinton.
