Republican candidate for state Senate in Missouri, Jim Lembke, speaks in south St. Louis Sunday afternoon. The St. Louis GOP held its annual picnic Sunday at Carondelet Park drawing Republican politicians from across the state to meet the voters and deliver their stump speeches.
